The Bru’s team is excited to announce that we are opening a second locale in the former Hickory Tavern location in Carrboro. The space will be renovated through January 2024, with an anticipated spring 2024 opening.
Expect the same menu as our Raleigh location—think shareable plates, sandwiches, pizza, and salads, alongside a full bar featuring cocktails, wine, and our impressive craft beer and bourbon selections that returning guests always enjoy exploring. In addition to great food and drinks, patrons of Bru’s Carrboro location will have a view of the game from every seat, thanks to all new televisions and technology designed to enhance the sports-viewing experience.
With two convenient Triangle-area locations, Bru’s can now be found within a mile of both the University of North Carolina and North Carolina State University, making it a prime spot for all UNC and NC State sporting events with its exciting game day atmosphere.
Open seven days a week starting at 11 a.m. (closing times may vary), the Carrboro location features free parking available in the nearby parking deck. With its proximity to the Hampton Inn and Cat’s Cradle, Bru’s will also be one of the best spots in town for dinner and drinks before and after concerts at the beloved Carrboro music venue.
